AAT TRAINING

AAT Training

Our entry requirement for AAT trainees (Association of Accounting Technicians) is three ‘A’ Levels Grade B, B, C or above (280 UCAS points).

To become qualified you have to complete the three stages of the Education and Training Scheme: foundation, intermediate and technician. Each stage can be achieved in six months, though some students may prefer to study over a longer period. The three stages are accredited by the National Council for Vocational Qualifications (NCVQ) as National Vocational Qualifications in Accounting.

The scheme focuses on what you should be able to do in order to be considered competent at your job. These tasks are written down in units of competence and are tested by skills tests and exams.

Importantly, we mentor you through your training because we want you to enjoy your work and fulfil your potential.
